Natalie Rizzo, LICSW

Life can present challenges that often feel overwhelming, but you don't have to face them alone. I am an LICSW committed to supporting individuals on their journey to mental and emotional well-being. I am dedicated to providing a safe and compassionate space where individuals can explore and overcome their struggles. With a passion for fostering resilience and self-discovery, I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, shame, guilt, eating disorders, and promoting body acceptance.

With 7 years of experience in clinical social work, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals facing various life challenges. My professional journey has been marked by a deep commitment to creating a safe and empathetic space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions without judgment. For so many of us, our relationships with our bodies and food are tainted with shame, guilt, and negative thoughts. I believe you deserve to take up space; you deserve to heal the parts of yourself that have been traumatized by the impacts of diet culture and weight stigma; you deserve to feel at peace.

My therapeutic approach is grounded in empathy, authenticity, and collaboration. I draw from various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques. I believe in the uniqueness of each individual and providing a collaborative, transparent, and authentic space for you to explore your emotions, thoughts, and behaviors and the intersectionality of it all. I invite you to reach out to begin finding your sense of peace, balance, and space in this world.
