Samantha Sandland

LICSW, NASM-CPT

Samantha is a dedicated clinician and a co-owner of BeWell Therapy Collaborative, specializing in working with children, adolescents, adults, and families. She integrates Internal Family Systems (IFS) theory into her practice, recognizing the importance of understanding and healing the various parts of a person’s internal world.

​Samantha believes that movement and creativity are essential tools for connecting with young clients, allowing them to express themselves and explore their emotions in a safe, supportive environment.

 

In addition to her therapeutic work, Samantha is a nationally certified personal trainer, bringing a unique perspective on the connection between physical activity and mental well-being. She combines her expertise in physical fitness with her therapeutic
approach, encouraging her clients to engage in movement as a way to foster emotional regulation and build resilience.

 

Samantha’s compassionate and holistic approach makes her an invaluable asset to the BeWell Therapy Collaborative team and a strong advocate for the mental health of the clients she serves. She is committed to helping her clients thrive by nurturing their
creativity, fostering their physical health, and guiding them toward emotional balance and self-discovery.
