  • Individual Therapy Appointment $125 (60 Minute)
• Associate License: 
  • Individual Intake Assessment $125 
  • Individual Therapy Appointment $100 (60 Minutes) 

Insurance

BeWell Therapy Collaborative is in network with the following insurance plans: 

• Blue Cross Blue Shield
• Aetna

Payment

All clients are required to have an active credit card on file. 

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee. 

Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?

• How much is my deductible and how much of it has it been met this year?

• What is my copay for outpatient mental health visits?

• Is this coverage applicable before or after I met my deductible?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• Is approval or referral for mental health services required from my primary care physician?

• Are virtual outpatient mental health visits (or teletherapy) covered by my plan?
