Samantha Sandland, LICSW, NASM-CPT is an independent clinical social worker and a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. Samantha connects with her clients by understanding of the unique pressures and challenges faced by athletes and ensures tailored, effective counseling to enhance performance, manage stress, and foster holistic well-being.
Samantha provides individuals an opportunity to focus on their mental and physical wellness. Evaluating and improving all aspects of wellness can be challenging; but Samantha provides a welcoming environment full of positivity, humor, and creativity.
Samantha has a passion for working with student-athletes who want to enhance their life on and off the field. Samantha has experiences giving keynote speeches for the NCAA on the topic of: Student-Athlete of Mental Health. In addition, Samantha was a collegiate soccer player and later an assistant coach. While in graduate school, Samantha worked for the New England Revolution Academy, where she provided 1:1 and group coaching to Academy Players.
Samantha also has passions working with human services providers who are looking to enhance their work/life balance.
